Eligibility

Active enrollment in Virginia DD Waiver services (FIS or CL).

Unmet mental health needs/symptoms that interfere with achieving Desired Outcomes.

As a consultative service, supports are provided by telehealth, phone, and in-person with supporters where symptoms are presenting challenges.

Services are available in the metro-Richmond area and other localities via telehealth on a case-by-case basis.
